Terms & Conditions

·  Venue bookings are calculated as 3.5 hours per session (8:30-12:00, 13:30-17:00); no additional charges for overtime within 30 minutes, overtime for more than 30 minutes will incur additional charges calculated by the overtime fees.
·  Venue overtime charges: every 1 hour of overtime will incur an additional charge of the full standard booking fees for that period of time.
·  The fees will be calculated by the guaranteed attendants after confirming the conference attendance.
·  Please apply in advance and cooperate with the hotel's engineering unit if you wish to install special lightings or telecommunications (non-original equipment provider); additional charges will be incurred.
·  The conference venue will be arranged according to the established capacity standard, the hotel reserves the right to change and adjust.
·  To maintain the tidiness and hygiene, outside foods are prohibited in the conference hall; a venue cleaning fee of $5000 will be incurred if you bring in outside foods.
·  Holiday conference package and conference package are limited to groups with 20 people or above.
·  This package is only available on weekdays, extra fees will occur on holidays and special holidays.
